Since 2016, BaseLift has focused on addressing the unique skincare needs of deeper skin tones, which were often overlooked by mainstream products that catered mainly to oily, dry, and combination skin at the time. Concerns like pigmentation, uneven skin tone, scars, dark spots and hyperpigmentation inspired us to create something different.

We worked with UK-based experts, combining Ayurvedic ingredients like turmeric, saffron, and black seed with science-backed elements such as salicylic acid and Vitamin C. Our goal has always been to tackle these underrepresented concerns effectively.
