Ingredient Technology
This face mask primarily targets hyperpigmentation using traditional remedy Turmeric Root, which delivers ‘curcumin’ to the skin to reduce excess melanin production and control formation of melanin clusters (hyperpigmentation). This formula also utilises the method of exfoliation in tone correction, using Papaya Extract to slough away dead skin cells and leave skin looking brightened and revitalised. The secondary functions of this mask are to cleanse and hydrate for general skin cell health. The Kaolin and Bentonite clays in this mask work to detoxify the skin by removing impurities, and absorbing excess oils to control sebum production. The hydrating heroes of this formula are Glycerin and Shea Butter which cooperate to deeply moisturise skin cells whilst locking in that hydration to keep skin plump and smooth
✨ Unique Features ✨
We chose to formulate this mask using turmeric root rather than turmeric powder, as the root has a higher concentration of ‘curcumin’ which makes the brightening benefits more potent and effective.
