Ingredient Technology
This multi-tiered hyperpigmentation treatment uses the incredible benefits of 2% Alpha Arbutin to suppress melanin activity and prevent formation of pigment clusters. It is a derivative of hydroquinone, one of the most effective tone-correction ingredients. Alpha Arbutin releases hydroquinone slowly and gently, making it perfect for sensitive skin. This formula utilises bioactive compounds found in traditional south Asian remedies Turmeric Root and Saffron. These two medicinal plants collaborate to inhibit tyrosinase, an enzyme that accelerates melanin production which results in hyperpigmentation. The tone correcting abilities of exfoliation is also credited in this formula with Pineapple Extract, containing enzyme bromelain which sloughs away dead cells to erase dullness and illuminate the complexion.

2% Alpha Arbutin can be used every day for a period of 2-3 months. It is then advised to take a break before starting the treatment again.
