Ingredient Technology

The 15% Vitamin C formula contains only 2 ingredients; Vitamin C diluted with hydrating, natural, corn sugar-derived Propanediol. The type of Vitamin C we use is called Ethylated Ascorbic Acid which is often considered one of the best forms for skincare due to its stability, ability to penetrate skin efficiently, and reduced risk of irritation. Additionally, this type of Vitamin C is bioavailable, meaning that once it is applied to skin, it converts into ascorbic acid (pure Vitamin C) to exert its brightening and collagen-boosting benefits most effectively. We use a potent 15% concentration to accelerate results, so it may be beneficial to introduce this serum into your routine slowly and build up to daily use as your skin becomes accustomed to the intensity of the formula.

Vitamin C Brightening SerumThe main brightening hero in this formula is Vitamin C, rich in antioxidants to neutralise free radical molecules. In simpler terms, it prevents environmental damage to skin cells which results in discolouration and hyperpigmentation, resulting in an overall brighter complexion. Infused with Witch Hazel, this serum uses astringent properties to tighten pores and control oil production, whilst eliminating spot-causing bacteria. These actives are supported by Hyaluronic Acid, a powerhouse for hydration. HA attracts and binds to water molecules to increase moisture-retention in skin cells. Studies show it can absorb more than 1,000 times its weight in water!
